4POS and 4PAY is *******, dont waste your money on it.
Mediocre system with no support. You can only e-mail for support and they do not reply on e-mails. Turns out the support team is one individual. He will only respond when you send a complaint to the retailer that you bought the system from, and then he is rude and does not sort anything out. Save yourself the trouble, don't buy any of the 4POS or 4PAY systems.

You don't even answer, let alone offer any support. You responded to one e-mail message out of over 50. You certainly do not have 50 support technicians, it is only you, otherwise many other people would have responded. I wish I read the reviews on hellopeter before purchasing the system, because then I would never have purchased it. I have asked Makro to read all the complaints with regards to your company and then decide whether they will tarnish their reputation by selling your products / services.
