4Pos after sales and customer service - Extremely Poor for someone affiliated with Makro

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews on HelloPeter before purchasing this products. We recieved our equipment in working condition. Upon installation (with very bad customer services and making me feel like an idiot from a guy chatting on a chat group via their website....ps there is no telephonic support) we discovered the license key is written on inside of box, which was thrown away after installation as my technicians felt they only needed the install USB. They told me in short that is not their problem I ma supposed to purchase another license. I e-mailed Makro where I bought it from and this review will go to Makro page aswell.Not satisfied, very bad service for R10300.00 rand spent. Downloaded Aronium which is free POS system works like a dream. Good bye dont want to do business with you people ever in my life again
