4 on Stinkwood Knysna-I would not recommend this accompdation

I booked through Rooms for Africa to stay @ 4 on Stinkwood Knysna, I immediately realized my mistake when I read through the website & saw they don’t allow children, I then informed owner that I have a 10 year old via email but received no response. On arrival we were happy to cancel booking but she refused & charged me an extra R2000 even though he had to share a bed with me. The place was smelly & you feel like you are constantly being watched. For the price, I would not recommend this accommodation. The unit is clean but has a very bad smell.
