Worst service ever!

Paid in full for sheets and was told the order would be ready by Tuesday, 03 February. When we followed up to arrange collection, we were promised feedback within the hour but received none. On Wednesday we were informed the order would only be ready on Friday, with no prior communication.

After payment, communication and after-sales service have been very poor. The delay affected our projects and caused lost business. Emails, phone calls and WhatsApps have been ignored and their phones are also not being answered this morning (day of collection). Worst service ever.
