Unreliable roof sheet supplier

I agreed with 4 Ever Sheeting’s Sales Director that the company will supply 8-off 4m long corrugated Polyethylene roof sheets to me! I paid the order in full on 8 November 2024. The delivery due date was 30 November 2024

After 3-weeks 21 calendar days, the lead time for the supply, I called to find out when delivery will be made to my address. I was successful after a few attempts to reach the Sales Director. During this call I was informed that my order is done and ready for delivery and that the Sales Director will revert to me with the delivery date!

Unfortunately I never received a call back. My calls continued but were just never answered!! I was requested to send a WhatsApp which I did. Still zero reaction.

I was called subsequent to lodging a complaint to their e-mail address. During this call I was arrogantly informed that 4 Ever Sheeting no longer do corrugated polyethylene sheeting because the moulds were completely warped!

I was offered IBR sheeting what I don’t want because the corrugated polyethylene sheets have to replace a few corrugated zinc sheets in an existing roof!

We agreed that I will be refunded and was requested to forward a bank confirmation letter! This was done the very same day.

Unfortunately the refund just don’t materialise!

My honest view is that it is a waste of time, money and effort for someone needing only a few sheets manufactured by 4 Ever Sheeting! I did throw my money in the water since I am sure that I will not get it back!

4 Ever Sheeting - what a disgusting unreliable supplier!!!
