4eversheeting takes forever

We have struggled for weeks to get a quote from them for roof sheeting we have to finish urgently, and finally got one after the owner actually told us we should rather order somewhere else; we should have listened to him. We have made the full payment on the 16th of April and were expecting delivery of the goods on the 25th as per their quote. Last week, we phoned and messaged without any response or feedback. Emails were also sent to them about our order. This morning, I got hold of the factory and was told that they are waiting for raw material and haven't started on our order yet. I am very disappointed.
