Poor communication regarding rental enquiry

I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication I have received regarding a property I am genuinely interested in renting.

I contacted the estate agency regarding the apartment and also contacted the assigned agent via WhatsApp. After receiving no response, I followed up again and also emailed the agency asking for someone to assist me, as I am urgently looking for accommodation and did not want to lose the property simply because I could not get a response.

I eventually received a very brief response advising that I would be contacted once access to the property was available for another viewing.

I completely understand that access to a property may not always be immediately available. My concern is the lack of communication and follow-up. When someone is genuinely interested in renting a property and has made multiple attempts to contact the agency, I would expect a more professional and informative response.

I am not asking for special treatment. I simply expect reasonable communication and professionalism from an estate agency, particularly when prospective tenants are trying to secure accommodation urgently.

I hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication with prospective tenants.
