NEVER EVER hire 4Cities!!

NEVER hire 4 cities removals!!

They quick to take money and then don't reply afterwards. We got told that our stuff would be picked up on a Tuesday from Cape Town and arrive on Thursday same week in Port Elizabeth. They picked it up on the Wednesday and said that we would only get it on Thursday the WEEK AFTER! So we got forced to live in our new apartment for a week without our bed and our fridge. When we tried to call 4 cities they hung up every time. They also used another company to deliver our things, Peter's mini removals. We had to call and ask several times when they would arrive in PE with our stuff (which they didn't know) and we had to tell them our address several times which they've seemed to forget every time we called... Even though we sent the exact location to their phone they still manged to get to the wrong adress so we had to drive to them and lead the way.

Never hire 4 cities removals! They never answer their phone, even if it says the delivery will take a maximum of 2 days they still take a week and never have a clear answer. When the things have been picked up by Peter's mini removals, 4 cities will say that you have to call the driver directly and the driver says that we will have to deal with 4 cities. Impossible to deal with and incredibly bad service!
