Dont use them

On the 15th December I have requested for my furniture to be moved to me as I have relocated. On the quote/ contract it says it would be here by t he 20th December it is now the 27 December and they are not replying to me anymore. I would like a refund as I would like to make alternative arrangements.

Can someone please assist me?!!
