bad service no move and half a refund
I used Google, though they were a legitimate removals comany, Elize called me and quoted me, I paid, excuse after excuse as they use shared loads. When two weeks passed and still no move i cancelled. I waited three weeks for a refund, it was only half of what i paid. please steer cear unless you require bad service and paying for service you will never receive.

With share loads to or from outlaying areas we do require our customers to be flexible as the low rates quoted for outlaying areas imply that it is for when in area. We do indicate estimated dates for outlaying areas (areas not on the main city to city route) but changes do occur. We apologize for any inconvenience caused on your side but our terms clearly state that if a customer cancels a move there will be a penalty payable and that our refunds do take 30 to 60days from date of cancellation.

03 Dec 2018, 12:44I cancelled as I had people arriving to rent a flat with furniture that you were supposed to move. I got my quote 21.09.18 R 5495, I paid, your quote said collection 24-28 September. after numerous emails and unanswered cell calls you reply to say will be in touch by 10 am to confirm dates for collection by 02.10.18. I reply by Wednesday the 3.10.18 that I cannot wait any longer and wish to cancel. You never refunded me until 20.11.18 the amount R 2747.50. if you could not do the move, how come you took my money? i am still waiting for the second half.
