DO NOT BUY OR SELL USING THIS COMPANY

I had put my vehicle up for auction with this company. I had asked how long it takes for payment to be made from 4 Auctions after completion of sale, they told me maximum of 2 weeks. Little did I know it would be a long and frustrating process, till today. The vehicle got a buyer and I was informed, and proceeded with the sale on 14/11/23. I have not received payment till today, nearly 4 months down the line. I have been calling and gone personally to their office multiple times a week and the answer is always the same. The person handling finances “Claire” who is also the manager, is always not there and you will not get in contact with her through e-mail or by phone. No one has given me any clear reason why. I have sent e-mails as well to no avail. On their page they claim to be part of SAIA (South African Institut Of Auctioneers), I contacted the institution and they confirmed that they are not! SAIA tried to assist by sending e-mail to contact them but no response as usual. This has become a long and very frustrating ordeal. My advice, DO NOT place to auction your goods with them and don’t buy from them! As a company and especially one that claims to be professional according to their page, the way they handle their clients and business is poor, unprofessional and bordering on ******** and *****ulent.
