4 All Furnace Backyard Foundry

To who wants to buy furnace, I would advise people to stay away from 4 All Furn Backyard Foundry (Ron and his wife) I ordered a 9kg gas furnace kit for my boss and was pretty disappointed when we got this kit for R6700 Firstly it was a mission getting a tracking number from them, then the courier informed us that they still need to pay before the parcel will be delivered, when the parcel got delivered the furnace lid and handle was broken, the order was incomplete and the "burner" we got looks like a normal electric blower that was bought from builders with advice from the melting community to not use this furnace.

After we tried contacting them regarding the incomplete order he told us he can't talk over the phone because he had a stroke, after a huge argument he contacted my boss directly saying it is my fault that got the order wrong he will replace what is broken and missing from the order, my boss was advised Friday that the replacement parcel will be send they got a tracking nr, but according to the courier Internet Express they were there twice and there is no parcel that is being send.
