Poor quality installation from 3xcom

3xcom installed a fibre cable through the ceiling and half the lights of my house has stopped working. I called an electrician the following day to sort out the lights and he informed me that the fibre cable installation was done very poorly over the electrical DB wires & over the hot water geyser pipes. The fault fing on the lights can only be done after the fibre cables are routed out of the way. I have no fibre connection & half the house without lights. Very poor service from Voda 4 U, 3xcom & Vodacom fibre.
