WORST POLICY COVER EVER!

Worst policy cover ever. We requested for a claim on Tuesday the 10th of August 2026 ,submitted the relevant documents and nothing was done and when we called in, an agent advised that the policy was cancelled. Cancelled on terms? Who authorized that cancellation? Who signed off the cancellation of the policy? we went to doves for query on the 14th August 2026 since we didn't get any assistance when calling and we were assisted by Zanele Ntuli whose the branch manager at Doves ,Zanele called 3Sixty Life company we spoke Tiffany Kaas who advised that the funds will be released by the end of business day or latest on Saturday the 15th of August 2026 which was the burial day which she was advised on .Than on Saturday we received email stating that the payment will be received on Monday the 17th of August but till now payment haven't been received. This has caused a huge inconvenience to the family, already we are dealing with a loss, on top of that we have to now organize funds which will impact of finances as a family. So in summary, if we didn’t apply for loans as a family then that means my grandmother wouldn’t be buried as yet. Sad part is that this company has been in the industry for a long time however they are incompetence and *************. Policy number 983149
