I have a funeral policy with 3sixty life with Doves underwriter and had joined 2018 with a minimum premium of R275 and was increased to R329, last year January i was debited R430 without my knowledge and when call them i was told they had sent sms and that was a lie, this morning they debited R626 again without any notice, i called them and very ****ed off, told them their company is a **** and their terms and conditions does not specify the huge percentage of increment, the only thing they said to me is they apologize for the increment, Hallo Peter please expose this company and i told them that I'm cancelling this policy and i need all my money back, was told unfortunately they wont refund.
