Unfairly declined claim

3sixty life rejected my claim while the policy was active and I've been paying my premiums. The hole amount for last year I've paid them. I don't understand why my claim was not paid. And funny thing is that the policy didn't lapse. As to why the claim was rejected I don't understand cause I've paid even the hole of the last year's amount. I even sent them the proof of payments. They don't care about their clients.
