Unfair policy increases

I have a funeral policy with 3SixtyLife for a couple of years now and my annual increase on the policy has always been 10%, however for 2021 the increase is over 32% all because of Covid-19 claims that they have processed this year. I fail to understand why such an increase if no one is to blame for Covid-19 pandemic and devastating effects on their business. Insurance business is a risky business, I haven't claimed in all this years I have been insured with the company but they don't hear me asking for refund because I understand the nature of the insurance business. Please review your increase policy.
