This company is treating their clients unfairly
This company is treating their clients unfairly. There is no honesty from this insurance company. I was told that my premium has increased from R327 to R487. just imagine increased of R160 and there was no letter send to me regarding this increase. I would not recommend people to do business with 3sixty life because they are not reliable and trustworthy. I was provided with the certificate showing the premium of R327, but they are disputing that..
