Ridiculous annual increase

My premium is R368 however today I am been debited R548 a 49% premium increase...I called the call center and am been told that it's because of inflation cause by COVID and I asked okay then how much did my cover increase with and I was told that it did not increase...THIS IS BULL**** how can you increase the premiums only and not the cover...so this insurance company wants to enrich themselves with our hard earned money, COVID hit us all so why should the clients suffer so much I WANT ALL MY PREMIUM PAID BACK TO ME because I didn't agree to this nonsense
