Re unfair relapse of funeral cover

This 3sixty company or whatever it is ,i had a funeral cover with it ,and gave them debit order dates to debut in Novmber they claimed that they didnt recv amount that was to be debutes from my account of which i had the amount on the date i stipulated that they should debut,after 3 mnthsni receive a message that state that my policy have elpased i kept calling till my airtime got exhausted and sent emails but never got helpes

I have been with them for the past 4years and nevee skipped a debut ordee but they not willing to refund me or re instate me back to the polocy Their branch in brits (Doves) is useless they told me even on their side when they try to call 3sixty they get no response so there is nothing theh can do
