Premium to increase by 49% from the normal increase of 10%

Good afternoon,

I have just received a notification from 3sixty life that my as of the 1st of August 2022 the premium for the policy I took out with them will go up by 49% as opposed to the 10% it normally goes up by annually. Is this sensible? I asked how was the 49% derived but i did not get any response.
