Pathetic service

I have a funeral policy with 3SixtyLife and I was paying R282.00 per month. And this month the amount R487 which is an increase of 49%.

I called and was told that sms was sent end of November which I never received because. if I did I would have queried it immediately. I requested for call back from a superior Karabo Monyane which I never received. I am really asking myself if these superiors really exist
