Pathetic Service 3Sixty Life - 2 weeks since claiming and still no payout

I would like to report 3Sixty Life for the pathetic service after claiming for the death of my Mother, who passed on 2nd Jan. I sent my Documentation on 7th Jan, last week Thursday got an sms that my claim will be paid out within 48 hrs and I am still waiting. You call them and they have delay tactics when you ask them when you will receive the money or the calls are dropped. You spend 10 minutes holding again when you call back. I have sent numerous emails and no response. Every time you get a different excuse. I have 4 other family members also waiting on payouts from this company and we are all waiting. They increased their rates by 32 % as of 1 Feb 2021 and yet there service is so shocking.
