Lying Complany to their clients

I took out a policy in August last as I came across the ad online. It clearly states that the waiting period for any age is 6 months. Today I went into a Dove branch to process my claim and was informed that my claim will not be approved as the waiting is actually 9 months which in in no document received by me nor does appear anywhere on the 3sixty website. My aunt passed away last week and this coming Saturday is her funeral. How am I supposed to plan and start the preparations if I don't have any funds whatsoever because this company **** to me even though all month debts were paid on time every month for the past 6 months. Companies like theses have to be taken to tbe FAIS Ombud. I want my money to be paid out so I can bury my aunt in a dignified manner that she deserves.
