INCOMPETENCE

Life *** 139 371 - I received notification of increase as from January so I called the number provided ***to request NO increase due to mid-retrenchment and Covid - I called the above number at 18h05 on 30 November 2021 and was told I would be contacted. Lie. No response as yet and today is 7 December 2021. Out of desperation I contacted Sonja Vermaak at Doves who was the only person who bothered to respond. How do these people run a business just sending out text messages with increases??? I expect an immediate reply to rectify this dire situation. Celeste Breytenbach
