INCOMPETENCE

Life FSP 15107 - I have as yet to receive the courtesy of a response to my query on the Funeral Policy referred to herein. Quick to grab the money but ill-mannered to communicate constructively with paying customers/clients. This is totally unacceptable. STOP MISLEADING THE PUBLIC
