IF 3sixty life legit or what

i have been a member of this funeral policy for over 10 years, I have a huge issue because they debit my money every month after 2 weeks i get an sms saying my policy is in errors and theres no numbers that are working, please help me find out if this company is still running or not. I feel like its not fair paying something that does not exist, and on Facebook they don't reply our message and none of their numbers aren't working.
