Horrible customer service

There are no people working in their call centre. Send an email for claim and didn’t get any ref or response affirming that someone is working on my claim. I called multiple of times to follow up, and no one is answering my calls until it gets cut. I need the money as a now to bury my grandmother but it seems nobody cares at 3sixtylife. I have had this policy for years and this the first time I claim and this what I get.
