On the 6th January 2021 i made a claim at 3SixtyLife AKA Doves the very same day they sent me a message that my claim will be finalized within 72hr, today its the 18th January 2021 I'm still waiting for payment and according to their call centre agent the claim was approved on the 7th of January. They don't even communicate with us to tell us what could be the problem with the payment, its already 2 weeks now Benedict Tselaakgothu
