Funeral policy cancellation

Good morning this is Karabo i have app**** for the funeral policy. So i called them to tell them i want to cancel the funeral policy, they gave their email address to send a message via mail. It has been weeks without a response i have been calling time and time again they kept on telling me tge same thing. What's frustrating is that it is almost a month i have received any response from them.
