DISHONEST UNION LIFE/ 3 SIXTY

I wrote a review for UNION LIFE when they rejected my claim after my father passed away. I cancelled the policy by email and I called them to cancel and they called back to confirm that I'm cancelling and I also cancelled it at the bank. When they rejected the claim we could not uphold the Muslim 40 days for praying for my deceased father and that is why people take out insurances to help pay for these costs . And now they have the audacity to send me a sms to inform me that my payment for the policy was rejected by the bank .They are already sitting with more than R7000.00 IN UNCLAIMED MONEY FROM ME ALONE and they still want more ,when they know that the main member according to them is deceased. I wonder what happens to ALL THAT UNCLAIMED MONEY.
