Deducting more premiums

This company has been deducting an incorrect premium for my policy( More). I called their call center to get clarity and the consultant "forwarded" my query to relevant team and am still waiting for feedback. Their website is useless, you cannot submit your query on it. I have to now contact the ombudsman because I've given them enough time to rectify but they not even acknowledging my query.
