Dad in fridge after 8 days of waiting for you to pay!!

Very bad service, dad passed away 8 days ago, still battling with the policy payout. Changed their minds 10 times to what is required and what documents to be sent. Everything they asked for was promptly sent yet no payment, no one to actually contact, phone lines are dead.

Thanks for making it even harder for the family during this time. We love the idea that dad is still laying in a fridge whilst we wait for you!!

Prospective policy holders, just DONT join this company, they are beyond useless
