Claim not paid

3 sixty client solutions / Doves is a disaster they don't pay out as they promised within 72 hours, but when you skip a premium they very good to remind you, claim was submitted 13/01/2021 but still they haven't paid....how do you expect us to arrange for our loved ones...so disappointed
