In a space of 2 and half weeks where I don't have strength and hoping to bury my loved ones with peace, but no this company will always let you down.,Sent an email to Michelle from claims department...who doesn't even bother to check the documents thoroughly bcs what she's looking for is infront of her eyes. Sent her an email of those documents. She doesn't even bother to respond. Wow you guys are just something else
