Bad Service !!
Good day
2017 I took out a policy for my family & then it was dove a lady by the name of Boitumelo Matikinca helped me with this policy.
Today I am making a claim for the deacesed only to be told he wasn't covered how when on the email he was listed ??
I just sent 3 sixty life proof when I took out that policy in 2017
What must I do now??
