Bad service cancel and join some decent policy

Completely unprofessional donot check even own system. Put a claim in July and then in October had another death in they did not pay when I contact them they confuse the October claim with July claim absolute *********** so ****ed off and I reporting them and cancelling the policy they guys they took over from where professional and I see that this 3sitylife is run by black people.
