Bad Service

Right now I’m not happy at all with their service I’m currently going through the most losing a love one

And because of one missed premium the payment was not payout on time and what frustrates me the most when I submitted the claim no one said anything.

Only when I made a call today I’m being told my status is pending no phone call nothing and the Funeral is tomorrow .

I’m really angry and disappointed at the same time I have never claimed before and this is the **** service I get !!
