3SixtyLife ***********, they dont deliver as promised, poor administration

I have send more than 5 emails regarding my policy to be updated. Had expireinced poor service since 2018 Dec 2019 up to date

It's getting worse by the day, 6 days ago they asked I send proof of payment, I send my bank statement as is a debit order but believe me no response. I then send a call back wanting to join and switch then they called the following day

Told the agent about my expirience with them, she gave me ref number and promised to forward my complaint to their premium collection and 3sixtylife was suppose to call me but guess what still waiting
