3SixtyLife do not give good information to the eldery

My mother is 94 and is paying her policy for more than 25 years. Her preemie is R20.00 p/m. When I contacted them, they say the policy will only pay out R2 300.00. IT IS NOT EVEN ENOUGHT TO CREMETATE HER. NOBODY EVER TOLD HER THAT HER PREMIE IS NOT ENOUGH TO BURRY HER ONE DAY. She believes she will have a proper burial one day. 3SixtyLife just say sorry, she should have know better. They sold the policy to her, she is old, why did they not told her it s not enough for a proper ceremony
