3sixty life fix my funeral policy

I have a funeral policy with Numsa funeral services joined with Doves underwriter 3sixty life since from 2016. On my shocking surprise I wanted to change few things that's where I discovered everything, I discovered that I have 3 policies under my name of which 2 are canceled on the the 2 that is canceled I'm being deducted higher amount as they deduct at work as a Stop order, I work for Tupperware Manufacturing Southern Africa Pty Ltd, it is very sad as I have paid so much money through the years to cancel the funeral policy, I have went to Numsa offices and Doves and have never got answers, I have sent email to 3sixty still there's no clarity. I need this policy to be sorted like yesterday and to give guide to my payroll officer on which amount to deduct as I'm being deducted R141.50 weekly where else the policy is R395p/m. I need a resolution on this.
