I have sent 3sixty several email, they still insist on me giving them computerized death certificate that neither myself nor Home Affairs have it. They do not even come with solution nor any suggestion as the people who once dealt with duplicate case. To me their major concern is not to pay what is due to me. According to FAQs on their website, one of the reasons for them to reject claims is ********** claims– **** claims taken with intent to de***** the company. Seemingly they take my claim as ********** while they have all other documents from Home Affairs declaring the death, but only computerized death certificate. This could be the way they make money while inconveniencing families with duplicate ID cases. I would NEVER recommend anyone to join 3sity life in my entire life. These are ****** as other reputable and professional funeral insurance company had accepted the hand written death certificate accompanied by the stamped letter from Home Affairs.
