3sixty is the WORST!!
The WORST cover!!!!! I have been with them since 2016 but I’m treated as if I’m nothing!! I have been calling for the past 6 months to try to get my husband covered and convert my policy but failed!!! I have sent their useless complaints department emails with no feedback!!! Recently, they had the audacity to deduct R549 from R360 without my consent!! The worst!!!
