unhappy customer
This the worse medical aid i have ever used, the consultants are so unfriendly and some not willing to help. Example when phoning the medical aid to find out when my specs are due for renewal, firstly wrong information was given by the consultant and then the consultant started getting irritated. Then the phone got thrown down in my ear when received the information Another example my dentist receptionist had to speak with 6 different consultants before she was helped [REALLY REDICULOUS] Things only get resolve when me as a customer must follow up several times

3Sixty Health - Worst administrator by far!
Probably be WORST company we've ever dealt with in regards of personal health insurance. This is through a company medical aid that is supposed to be supported and administered by 3Sixty Health. No answering calls. No answering emails. No contact! Just plain useless! Steer clear!
