The worst customer experience ever!!!!!!

We had the worst experience with this company when we contracted them to help move our furniture and stuff from JHB to Durban. We had to argue with them first to take our stuff up to the apartment when they made the delivery even though we had paid in full. Then we found that some of our things were missing because of they did not follow the inventory list and their receptionist called Linda was rude when we queried about the rest of our things. When they made the second delivery there were still some things missing and when we asked Chris (the supervisor) he told us they may have delivered our things to other clients by mistake. We are still siting for the rest of our stuff to this day and makes it worse is that their communication is poor since we have to keep following up for them to give us any updates.
