Terrible experience

Absolutely disgusted by the service, unorganised, no worry for your items, squashed my stuff in to a truck, dragged the furniture, damaged my items and only come with excuses! I slept on the floor in an empty house because they didnt deliver as they promised!

Truck came to offload and they would not offload till I pay the balance, held my stuff as ransom, I asked them to open the truck as I wanted to see my things, to my surprise only half of my items were in the truck, so I only paid half of the outstanding balance. My last things came a week later than promised, same story regarfing payment. Once again my items were damaged, items are missing and this company is not doing anything about it, always excuses. Why not do anything about it? T&c's indicate that my goods are covered by your insurance... Even used my personal towel from a box to cover their leaking diesel container.
