Nonchalant behaviour, damaged goods

I would like a to a bad experience im still currently having with 3six5 removals. One of my prized possessions was dismantled without my permission, and arrived at the distinction with some of the parts missing. Alot of my boxes were damaged / torn open exposing my valuables to anyone that wasn't supposed to see these things. After contacting Martin, who is supposedly the manager , he very quickly and I feel abruptly dismissed by complaint, saying that he's just the manger, he doesn't know what happened on the truck, he would refer to he's supervisor Shafik that was on duty. Shafik shows no interest whatsoever in the matter, he doesn't answer the phone, and just blue ticks what's app messages.... It's been 2 weeks now and noone has made any effort to send a little as a msg
