Disappointing Service, Unprofessional Conduct

Move from Gauteng to the Western Cape. Delivery took a whole 9 days (not 3-5 days in their T's&C's). They eventually delivered around midnight Sunday night. Our furniture is damaged, our fridge is full of dents, our mattress covered with shoe prints and dirt .. There's no sign of blanket wrapping/50m bubble wrap in our signed quote. Chris wanted us to pay an additional 37% on top of our agreement for a few extra items that made up a small fraction of our total move, we ended up agreeing on an extra amount via back and forth WhatsApp messages. These are not professionals, use their service at your peril. You won't hear from Chris after that final payment has gone through for them to open the truck and offload your stuff.
