3six5 removal bad service

We had a good experience before pick up and the agreement was they would deliver on the next day. Next day came and only half our things were delivered as agreed. The rest of our furniture was left in joburg and only was only delivered four days later.

The receptionist and Chris were both rude and unapologetic about the mess they created. The move was stressful and and they lost one box, the apparently delivered it at the wrong house and they requested me to drive with them to go look for my box at someone else’s house. Hai bandla I am not happy and their attitude made it worse.
