2 days delay and poor communication

This is the worst moving company. Do not use them. They promised to deliver my furniture to Cape Town on the 1st (Sunday). It is now the 2nd (Monday) afternoon and I still don't have my furniture. I have had to book a guest house for 2 nights now because I don't have any furniture. They are not willing to take any responsibility for the delay instead they just keep telling me stories about delays due to other customers. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company.
